What does Jesus mean when He tells us to go and make disciples?
- Jesus wants us to go somewhere for Him
- Jesus want us to make something with Him
- How do I ‘make’ a disciple of Jesus?
- I help someone become a disciple of Jesus (symbolised by baptism)
- I help someone to grow as a disciple of Jesus (by teaching them how to live for Him)
- Who am I discipling now?

What does the resurrected and reigning Lord Jesus want from me as His disciple?
- To acknowledge His authority
- To accept His agenda
- To agree to be His agent
- Be mentally alert (4:7a)
- Speak with God (4:7b)

- Glorify God in our speech and service (4:11)
- Rejoice when we suffer for Christ (4:12-19)
How should I respond when I’m mocked or mistreated for doing good?
- Focus our hearts on Jesus our King (vs 14b-15a)
